What to know about the TWIS005
Why the size matters
Size 2.5 is the nozzle many 3,100–3,700 PSI, 2.4–2.5 GPM gas washers need, and it isn't in SIMPSON's 3.0 or 4.0 sets. The wrong size either pushes pressure above your pump's rating or cuts cleaning power.
Check your rating first
Use our nozzle size calculator with your washer's PSI and GPM. If it gives 2.5, this set matches; if it gives 3.0 or more, look at a larger size.

Questions about the TWIS005
Will these tips fit my pressure washer?
They fit any wand or gun with a standard 1/4 in quick-connect socket. Whether they suit your machine depends on its nozzle size; see the list of washers below.
What does "2.5 GPM" mean on these tips?
It is the orifice size, 2.5. At 2.5 GPM a size 2.5 tip produces about 4,000 PSI, the set's rated maximum; lower-flow machines reach lower pressure.
Which tip should I use?
Start wide and move narrower only if needed: 40° (white) for windows, cars and siding, 25° (green) for decks and patios, 15° (yellow) for stripping and stubborn dirt on concrete. Use 0° (red) only on small, hard spots, because it can damage wood, paint and skin. The black soap tip drops the pressure so a detergent tank or injector can draw soap.
